MOBILITY ASSISTANCE

This event is on flat grass parkland  For patrons in a wheelchair or with disability, there will be an accessible viewing area. However being accompanied by a carer is recommended. Parking for wheelchair patrons is not always assured, however in the absence of parking close to the gates, alternatives will be provided. We have made a number of provisions to ensure our events are accessible to all. These include provision of a complimentary carer ticket, accessible entrance lanes and accessible toilet facilities. PLEASE email us info@eventpeople.com.au with proof of purhcase of a ticket for your client and a copy of your carer's card.

WHAT YOU CAN BRING

Its advised to bring a wide brimmed hat and sunscreen to the event. You can bring food but we hope you can support our food trucks as they have been hugely affected with Covid Restrictions over the last 12 months and they would appreciate a bumper event sales. 

PROHIBITED ITEMS

Bag checks will be in place. Items prohibited from entry are Alcohol, Glass, Pets, Tents, shadestructures, tables, metal cutlery, pets, umbrellas. professional cameras, Flasks/Thermoses.

No BYO Beverages - this is a fully licensed event, including wines, beers, cider, spirits and food truck offerings catering for all dietary requirements. 

FOOD

There are free water refills available once inside the festival.. The event will also have some of the best food trucks in south australia on hand. 

PUBLIC BAR

The public bar will also be open stocking a range of Beer, Wine, Spirits, Cider and Non Alcoholic drinks.
PLEASE NO BYO ALLOWED AND BAGS WILL BE CHECKED AT FRONT GATE!!

REFUNDS

Your ticket is non refundable at this event​. We encourage you to purchase booking refund protection insurance  during purchase process to cover you for any changing circumstances. Booking Refund Protection will provide you with a refund if you are unable to attend the event due to injury, illness (including COVID-19), or any of the other circumstances outlined on T & C's. If event is postponed due to eg covid restrictions in place at time of event date no refunds will be due, but your ticket will either be automatically moved to the new announced date or you will be given the option to move your ticket to the 2022 event if you cant make new 2021 date.  

A FULL REFUND WILL BE PROVIDED TO ANY TICKET HOLDER WHO IS UNABLE TO ATTEND DUE TO BEING UNWELL, SELF-ISOLATING, OR OTHER COVID RELATED CIRCUMSTANCES VIA YOUR INSURANCE OR BY EVENT ORGANISER.

CONDITION OF ENTRY

It will be a condition of entry that all bags, chairs, eskies and personal belongs be presented to security staff for inspection and scanning at entry. If patrons is caught attempting to bring BYO ALCOHOL into venue they will be refused entry without refund. 

Children must be with a responsible adult at all times.

WEATHER POLICY

The event is an open air concert and will proceed rain, hail or shine. In the unlikely event of cancellation you will be notified via email and social media as well as website. The event will only be cancelled if the site is deemed too dangerous to proceed/continue.

Will be required for entry and to purchase and consume alcohol and service will not be provided to people under 18 years of age. Please note that because this is a licensed venue, patrons are unable to take alcohol from the site at the end of the night, whether opened or sealed.

Smoking is prohibited in all parts of the venue, excluding designated smoking areas.
